Disney's Minnie Van and an Uber XL each seat up to 6, and Minnie Van airport rides are only for Deluxe, Deluxe Villa and Club Level guests. Groups of 7 to 14 can book our Orlando private shuttle service for groups.
Is a private van cheaper than an Orlando airport shuttle or Uber XL?
For 6 or more riders, usually yes. A shared shuttle charges every person and an Uber XL seats only 6, while we charge one flat price per vehicle.

Mears Connect charges $17.60 per adult one way plus a 6% fuel surcharge, about $18.66 (children 3 to 9 pay less). Uber XL figures are third-party estimates and rise with surge pricing. Off-peak, an Uber XL can cost less than our minivan for 6 or fewer riders; a van wins once you need two cars.

Baggage hold on debarkation day
Most ships dock at 6:00 to 7:00 AM, and Kennedy Space Center does not allow luggage. We keep your bags while you visit, then drive you to MCO.

How much is transportation from Orlando airport to Disney World?

Where will my driver meet me at MCO?
Your driver meets you inside the terminal with a name sign. At Terminal C, MCO's Meet & Greet Area is on Level 6.

Is airport transportation included with a Disney resort stay?
No. Walt Disney World says airport transportation is not included with a Disney Resort hotel stay. Its paid options include the Minnie Van (up to 6 passengers), rideshare, car rentals and private ground transportation.
Do you drive to Port Canaveral and hold bags after a cruise?
Yes. We drive between MCO, Orlando hotels and the Port Canaveral cruise terminals, from $159 one way. On debarkation day we can keep your luggage while you visit Kennedy Space Center or Cocoa Beach, then take you to MCO.
